Email Validator
Check email address format and validity according to RFC standards for free.
What is email validation?
Email validation is the process of checking whether an email address has the correct structure and whether it can receive messages. Validation includes format checking according to the RFC 5322 standard, domain existence verification, and MX record checking.
Why is it important to validate email addresses?
Invalid email addresses in your mailing lists directly harm delivery metrics. Every bounced email damages sender reputation. If the bounce rate exceeds 2-3%, email providers may start blocking all your emails. Regular list cleaning is an essential part of email marketing hygiene.
Validation levels
This tool checks the email address at multiple levels: syntax check (correct characters, @ sign, domain format), domain DNS check (whether the domain exists), and MX record check (whether the domain has mail servers and can receive messages).
When to use this tool?
Use it before adding new addresses to your mailing list, when checking manually collected contacts, or when diagnosing why emails are not reaching a specific recipient. If you need to check many addresses at once, use the bulk email validator.
