Domain Age Check
Find out when a domain was registered, how old it is, when the registration expires, and other important information.
What is domain age and why does it matter?
Domain age indicates how long a domain has been registered and active on the internet. New domains (younger than 30 days) are more frequently used for spam sending, so email providers evaluate them more cautiously. Older domains typically have better reputation and achieve better delivery rates.
Domain age and email delivery
Email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) use domain age as one of the sender reputation signals. A new domain starting to send large email volumes looks suspicious. It is recommended to gradually increase sending volumes and "warm up" a new domain over 2-4 weeks.
Registration validity
It is also important to monitor the domain registration expiration date. If domain registration expires, you will lose not only the website but also the ability to send and receive email. It is recommended to set up automatic renewal or at least regularly check the expiration date.
