2. Services

Mailingas provides email marketing services and free browser-based tools. Free tools are provided as-is, without any guarantees regarding the accuracy or availability of results. Paid services are governed by separate agreements.

3. User obligations

When using the Website, you agree to: provide accurate information in the contact form, not use the tools for illegal purposes, not attempt to breach the Website's security or operation, and not abuse the free tools (e.g., automated bulk requests).

4. Intellectual property

All Website content, including texts, design, logos and source code, is the intellectual property of Mailingas. Copying, distributing or otherwise using the Website content without written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Mailingas is not responsible for: the accuracy or completeness of free tool results, losses incurred from using the Website or tools, content of third-party websites or services accessible through the Website links, and temporary Website operation disruptions.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices for paid services are listed on the pricing page and in individual proposals. One-time services are paid with a 50% advance before work begins and 50% upon completion. Monthly management is paid at the beginning of each month. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website. We recommend periodically reviewing these terms.

8. Applicable law
